What is the Call Centre

The Finance Bank Call Centre is a customer service centre that provides a means of interaction between customers and the bank. You can call the Call Centre for information and assistance on any product or service provided by the bank. The Call Centre provides enhanced customer service delivery by being a one stop shop where customers can make enquiries on bank products and services as well as communicate their queries and complaints to the bank without physically going to the branch. The Call Centre also manages the Internet Banking product. All internet banking applications are processed from the Call Centre.
