How to Apply

In order to apply one can either collect the forms from the branch or download them from the Finance Bank website-www.financebank.co.zm. The customer then completes the forms including the terms and conditions and drops them at any Finance Bank branch for further processing.

What are the Features of I-Finance

The customer is able to:

• Access their latest balance
• They can view, print and even download their account statement
• Internal transfers- one can move funds between their own accounts and can also transfer funds from their account to any other account within Finance Bank.

What are the Advantages of using I-Finance

• One can access and monitor the activity on their account any time, anywhere as long as they have internet access.
• The customer does not have to go to the branch to deposit cash, they can simply transfer from the comfort of their home, office etc
• Where a customer has more than one account, they are able to link their accounts and view them all under one log in user
